Profile: Hayley Brown's style, described as “contemporary with a twist of classic,” is characterized by a sophisticated use of rich light and layered color. With a fascination for social cultures and a passion for people, Hayley's pieces not only imitate an event or occasion, but the underlying emotions that make up the human psyche and modern life. “I want the viewer to make a connection with the emotions in each piece. This is my inspiration.”

Born in New Zealand, her first exhibition at the tender age of 19 was not only a sell-out, but laid the foundation for a successful international career. Her pieces are collected by individuals from around the world and hang in prestigious galleries throughout New Zealand.
