What is your Shipping/Delivery time to me?
We aim dispatch your order within 24 hours for items in stock. Items which have to be ordered are normally dispatched within 6/10 working days. Any variation of this will be listed on the relevant page. For normal orders we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post, or Next Day if the customer selects this option, and are reliant on their expertise but we cannot give a 100% guarantee of next day delivery, but we will do our utmost to provide it. The Highlands, N Ireland, Eire and UK Islands may take an extra day. With overseas orders please allow longer. Although we do carry large stocks, if for any reason we are out of stock of the Print, or prints, you have ordered, we will advise you as soon as possible by Email or phone.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If, by any chance your order was to arrive damaged, please contact our customer service department at the Email link below, or if you wish, you can phone us for further instructions. We will immediately Ship/Post an identical replacement to you at no additional charge together with a stamped addressed label for the return of the damaged item, so please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials as this must be used for its return.

What is your guarantee and returns policy?
At Artland, we aim to provide you with a first-rate shopping experience. If however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from Artland.co.uk, (apart from any Canvas or limited Edition Prints) you may return it within 7 working days of receipt and receive a refund, minus any shipping (Post and Packing) and credit card charges incurred by the company, or, if you wish, you can reselect another item. Please note we cannot accept items for credit if they are damaged in any way whatsoever. Any returned orders must be arranged with Artland.co.uk beforehand.

To return your order, simply repack your Print/Poster in the same packaging it was Posted/ Shipped and return it within 7 working days to the address on the bottom of this page. We would ask that you use Recorded Royal Mail for any return as you will then be covered for any loss, or any damage, by Royal Mail.
Please be sure to include all the necessary information to enable us to process your return such as your shipping/delivery note and a note stating the reason for the return. If you do not have the shipping/delivery note, please include full details with your order number, the first and last name the order was placed under, and the reason for the return. Please do not send any credit card details. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we shall, within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, dispatch your reselection or refund the cost of your order, less any Shipping/Post and Packing costs and credit card charges incurred by the company. You must also pay the return costs of Shipping/ Delivery/ postage for the original item. Please note we cannot accept items for credit if they are damaged in any way whatsoever.

Cancellations
Any cancellation, not of the companies fault, and subsequent refund will be subject to a charge for any credit card costs incurred by the company.

Offers and promotions
Please note that all discount promotions are for the value of any goods purchased and as such no postal or shipping charge can be included in such purchase.

Please note!

The text beneath the print may vary from time to time as our suppliers reserve the right to make improvements to their products. They also reserve the right to alter sizing or borders. Due to this we reserve the right to supply, or refuse to supply, the item supplied to us. From time to time we may have to re-source due to a supplier being out of stock at that time. Prints of an artists work are produced as near as possible to the original, but inks and dyes available can never be as exact as the original oils or water colour. Artland Galleries Limited also try to present any image on the internet as closely as possible, but graphical colours can only be taken as a near representation of the print. The size of each print is an approximate overall size in centimetres, given as a guide only which may vary from print to print. This includes any border unless otherwise stated on the individual page. The imperial size specified is also given as a guide only and is to the nearest inch.
