All your details are fully scrambled and encrypted to the highest degree.  SecPay uses the highest, state of the art technology, which protects all your credit card details. This confirms that you are in a secure area.

Barclays Merchant Services do stringent and exhaustive checks on any Company wishing to offer this type of transaction and only those who pass these checks can be allowed to trade. What about the Artland Products?
All our Art Prints are of the best quality printed Fine Art that technology can produce. It is printed on top grade limited edition heavy paper chosen for its fineness and printed by "state of the art" machinery such as in the photograph below. We would reject any print that would not live up to our customers expectations.

Canvas prints; are produced to order for the customer.   Once ordered by the customer we cannot accept cancellations or a return for refund or credit. We can if you wish, send you the paper print for your perusal, which would be charged for. You can then either return the print for transfering to canvas or for full credit.

Limited Edition Prints;  Once ordered and confirmed by the customer we cannot accept cancellations or return for refund or credit of Limited Edition Prints.

Open edition paper prints; If you are not happy with any open edition print we will happily accept the print back for a refund. This is provided that any returned item has been repacked in the same manner and condition that it was received. Damaged items will not be accepted. Any shipping/postal charges will not be refundable. Our packaging is second to none and all prints are packed in secure strong packaging. We do however recommend that upon receipt you unpack, and keep your print flat until you have it framed.

What are your Print/Poster Shipping//Post and Packing Charges?
Shipping/Post and Packing for all paper prints and posters is £2.79 within UK only. Some very large prints are not accepted by Royal Mail. Their maximum length is 900mm and any order over this size would be sent by our carrier "City Link"

Canvas prints;

Do you ship to other Countries and what is the shipping charge?
Yes we do!  We ship Worldwide to most countries.  A  small shipping charge of £6.95 applies to any overseas order for our quality paper prints ( Eire is classed as overseas), and a rolled canvas print. Additional canvas prints are £3.00 each.   Some canvas prints are for UK sales only so please see each print's page for details.

Internet fraud; Due to our policy in combating internet fraud we may ask for proof that the order is genuine and for the true card holder.  If we do ask for such, this is normally a scanned image of the card used, with part of the number blanked out, for security, and a scanned copy of a driving licence or identity card.  We also reserve the right to refuse any order which we consider could be of a fraudulent nature.

The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
