I should like to thank you for your promptness, level of professionalism and attention to detail. I must admit that when I raised a query with you I was amazed at your swiftness of response. I apologies for not responding to your reply as it was not entirely clear that one was expected (one gets used to automated replies and the novel concept of someone actually caring enough about my opinion that they would wait for dispatch in this day and age is amazing).
