TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our services and products presented on the Artland.co.uk website are provided subject to the following terms & conditions. If you visit the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as in effect at the time of your visit. Please read them carefully. The Site is owned and operated by Artland.co.uk and Forest Fine Arts.

1. Please use your correct name, address and any other requested details. You may be asked to enter credit or debit card details. You must ensure that (a) you are fully entitled to use that card at the time when you provide those details to Artland.co.uk and (b) the card has available funds to cover all charges incurred on it in the course of buying from us. If any of the information you enter becomes incorrect or is superseded, then please notify us with the corrected information immediately.
2. When purchasing from the website, you must legally be able to enter into contracts for goods and services that you may buy here. Generally, this means that you must be at least 18 years old.
3. Artland.co.uk has made every reasonable effort to display on the website as accurately as possible a description of the Products. However, some slight variations may occur from time to time in relation to the colours and the appearance of the images from the way they appear on screen. Print sizes may also vary slightly.
4. Orders
   All orders placed by you through our website will be subject to these terms and conditions.
   • All orders shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the Products. We are under no obligation to accept your order.
   • We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order, this does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Once payment for the Products has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted.
   • Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us with respect to such order.
   • If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of the customer services team.
   • We reserve the right to cancel any order, or part order if for any reason
     • The Products ordered by you are no longer available.
     • The Products are withdrawn from our Service by the authorised licensees or the copyright owners.
     • The Products cannot be supplied to you in the country where you reside.
5. We endeavour to make sure that all prices advertised on the website are correct, However if we discover that the Products you have ordered were listed at an incorrect price we will inform you of the correct price as soon as possible. We will give you the option of re-confirming your order or cancelling it; if you choose to cancel your order an appropriate refund will be made.
6. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue this website, the Service or any Products (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.
7. If the Products you order are custom-made to your specifications and personalised to your requirements, for example canvas/framed canvas or special order Products, you cannot cancel your order. Please see FAQ’S for more information. For all other orders, your rights to cancel are set out in the FAQ’S.

Artland.co.uk reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to time. A new version will be shown on our website. The new version will take effect from the day of posting on the site. Price and availability information are also subject to change without notice.
