- What is the quality of our prints?
All our art prints are printed on top quality heavy paper (unless otherwise stated).
- How is my order packaged?
Art prints and canvases are rolled with protective wrapping and carefully placed in a good quality cardboard tube. Canvas on a frame (UK Mainland only) are carefully wrapped with protective wrapping and sent with our courier "City Link".
- What if there is a problem with my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your art print, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt and receive a replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. The product must be returned in the same condition that it was received. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund for limited edition prints or canvas orders as they are either specially ordered or made to order. If your order arrives damaged you can either contact us immediately OR refuse to accept the order and "City Link" will then return the package to us.
The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

- How do I pay for my order?
All our card transactions go through Secpay, a secure transaction gateway for internet based credit/debit card transactions. All your details are scrambled and encrypted to the highest degree. You will see a small padlock on the bottom bar when you enter the payment area, this confirms that you are in a secure area.
Our shopping cart, Mal’s e-commerce is protected by "Thawte" and "Hacker safe" and are tested daily.
